Classes are conducted via Zoom at your chosen time. You will receive the class link after registration. Sessions are one-on-one video calls.

What is the fee structure? +

Fees are charged monthly based on how many days per week your child attends each course. Log in to your portal to see your exact fee breakdown.

Is a free trial available? +

Yes! We offer a free trial class for new students. Simply register and check the "Free Trial" option in the registration form.

Which courses are available? +

We offer Qaida Noorania, Quran Recitation, Quran Memorization (Hifz), Tajweed, Islamic Studies, Duas & Surahs, and Urdu/Nastaliq.

Please read the Ilm-o-Amal Academy — Teacher Terms & Policies before submitting.

1. Teacher Information

All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete.
The Academy may request qualifications, experience, or other supporting information.
Creating an account does not guarantee teacher approval.

2. Teaching & Professional Conduct

Teachers must teach assigned courses responsibly and maintain a respectful, patient, and professional environment.
Abusive, insulting, inappropriate, or discriminatory behavior is not permitted.
Teachers must maintain appropriate professional boundaries with students.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

Teachers must start classes on time and complete the full scheduled class duration.
Frequent lateness, unnecessary leave, cancellations, or ending classes early may result in salary deductions, fewer assigned classes, or other action.
Leave should be requested in advance whenever possible. Emergency leave should be reported as soon as possible.

4. Student Communication & Privacy

Teachers must use Academy-approved communication channels.
Student and parent information must remain confidential.
Teachers must not share student information, photos, videos, recordings, or screenshots without proper permission.

5. No Private Arrangements

Teachers must not privately offer paid lessons to Academy students.
Teachers must not request personal payments or move Academy students to private arrangements without Academy approval.

6. Trial Classes

Trial classes must be conducted professionally and according to Academy guidelines.
Teachers must not pressure parents or students to enroll or discuss private payment arrangements.

7. Teaching Materials

Academy course materials and resources must not be copied, shared, sold, or used for personal commercial purposes without permission.

8. Payments

Teacher payments will follow the agreed payment structure.
Deductions may apply for missed teaching time, unauthorized absence, late arrival, or early class ending according to the Academy's payment policy.

9. Policy Violations

Depending on the seriousness of a violation, the Academy may issue a warning, reduce classes, suspend the account, or terminate the teacher's association with the Academy.

10. Policy Updates

The Academy may update these policies when necessary. Teachers may be required to review and accept updated policies.

Teachers get their full monthly rate as long as their attendance stays at or above this minimum. Late arrivals, early endings, and unapproved absences beyond this allowance are deducted automatically from salary (approved/excused leave is never deducted).
